Thank you for your interest in our upcoming tours. Included with each tour outline is a sign up sheet for the tour. Please pay particular attention to the final payment date for the tour for which you are signing up. These cutoffs are necessary due to the fact that the lodging and attractions we utilize ask for either a deposit or full payment up front. On a longer tour, this can amount to several thousand dollars that we would lose if we cancel later than their policy allows. We base our go/no go decisions on the number of paid participants on the cutoff date.
